Willam is a research master student at McGill & Mila working on geometric deep learning and generative models for molecule and protein structures.

Odin Zhang completed his dual B.S. in Pharmacy and Physics at Zhejiang University and has previous experience in the field of molecular generation. He is currently a CS PhD at the Baker Lab at the UW, with a focus on general molecular design.

Jixian received his M.S. in Physics at USTC in 2018. He is a Kaggle Grand Master and particularly interested in applying machine learning to drug discovery research.

Wei completed his PhD in Biophysics with Prof. Peter G. Wolynes at Rice in 2022. He is particularly interested in applying physics-inspired neural networks to drug discovery research.

Runze received his B.S. in phamarcy (华西药学院) and M.S. in computer science from Sicuan University. He is currently working in RNA modeling and RNA-targeting ligand design.

Yong Liu completed his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BIT in 2021 and worked as a machine learning engineer in Galixir. He is interested in AI4S and currently working in Enzyme Recruitment.

Jiahao obtained his master's degree in computer science from Sun Yat-sen University. Prior to that, he completed his bachelor's degree in computer science from Chongqing University. He is particularly interested in applying artificial intelligence to scientific research.

Zhongyue received his B.S. and M.S. in computer science from Sun Yat-sen University. He worked at Tencent for a year as a data science engineer. Now he joins AI4T of Shanghai Jiaotong University as a PhD student. He is interested in deep learning and generative models for RNA and Protein.

Yushu obtained his B.S. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and is set to begin his Ph.D. studies at the School of Medicine at the same university in September 2024 (co-supervised with Prof. Jian Zhang). His current research focuses on utilizing generative neural networks for peptide generation.

Yang received his B.S. in Sun Yat-sen University and M.S. in computational biology from the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, UCAS. He is currently working in physical neural networks for unsupervised virtual screening and will become a PhD student at SJTU in Sep 2024 (co-supervised with Prof. Jian Zhang).

Yaokun completed his Bachelor's degree at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2023 and joined the AI4T lab as a graduate student. His current research interests encompass machine learning, generative AI, data-driven models, and applications of concrete algorithms in protein design.

Zhuomin completed her undergraduate studies in ECE at JI-SJTU in 2023 and soon after joined AI4S as a master's student. Her interests lie in protein function prediction and KG.

Zichen completed his bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2024. He joined AI4T group in October 2023. He is interested in Diffusion Model and Protein Design.

Jiayi is an undergraduate student at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, majoring in Statistics and Biomedical Sciences. Her research interests include RNA-targeted drug discovery, epigenetics, and single-cell analysis.

Yanjie is an undergraduate student at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests are centered around the innovative application of generative large language models for the design of circular RNAs. He was selected for the GIFT Future Scholars Program.

Zhongmin is an undergraduate student at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests include generative large language models for the generation and design of CRISPR proteins. He was selected for the GIFT Future Scholars Program.
