Welcome to GENerative Therapeutics design and Evolutionary Learning (GENTEL) lab at Global Institute of Future Technology (GIFT), Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Our lab encodes principles from computer science, biology, and chemistry to decode the complexities of biomolecular interactions across both molecular and systematic scales. Through a deep understanding of these intricate interactions, we design biomolecules that can effectively regulate diseases. Our research is driven by the dual challenges of solving fundamental problems in life science and advancing the state-of-the-art in machine learning. Our ultimate ambition is to create a transformative world model for end-to-end intelligent drug discovery.
